Delivery & Returns

Delivery Times

Our delivery times are within 3 – 5 working days for main city centres and within 5-7 working days for outlying areas. CQ Linen aims to deliver on time as promised, however for reasons beyond our control we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. If a customer places two orders within 3-5 working days of each other, the orders will be packed collectively and sent together as one shipment once both orders are complete.

Delivery Options

National Delivery – We make use of a 48-72 hour door-to-door delivery courier service. Our courier company delivers during the week within normal working hours. Please provide a work or home address where there will be someone available to accept the goods on your behalf should you not be available. All orders over R600 from main centres qualify for free delivery, if your order is below R600 you will be charged a flat rate of R100f for main centres and R150 for outlying areas. Applicable to most areas within South Africa.

Main Centres

Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, George, Johannesburg, Kimberley, Pietermaritzburg, Polokwane, Port Elizabeth, Pretoria, Nelspruit,  and can expect delivery within 5 working days.

Outlying Areas

Orders placed to outlying areas may potentially be delayed and may be quoted on separately. Should we be required to deliver to an outlying area there may be an additional shipping cost.

Remote/Rural Areas

Should we be required to delivery to a remote/rural area there will be an additional shipping cost which you will be quoted on. Unfortunately we are not able to offer free shipping or our standard shipping rates to these areas.

When do we start counting days?

The next working day after payment has been received via EFT; Credit Card; and Debit Card payments. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the following working day. Note: a working day refers to a normal business day and would exclude Saturday; Sunday and public holidays.

Confirmation email

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that your package has been dispatched. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, the courier company will contact you to make the necessary arrangements.

Any delivery is subject to acts which is beyond the control of CQ LINEN due to force majeure including (but not limited to) inability to secure labour, power, internet services, GSM network connectivity, materials or supplies, or by any act of God, war, civil disturbance, riot, state of emergency, strike, lockout, or other labour disputes, fire, flood, drought or legislation.

Tracking and Delivery

We use Courier Guy Couriers for all our deliveries. To track your shipping, please visit the Track and Trace page (https://thecourierguy.pperfect.com) using your shipping code provided in the shipping confirmation email. Upon delivery of the product, before signing for the delivery, you agree to inspect the product for any faults, defects or damage. As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered product.

In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect or is missing from your order please contact us via email at info@cqlinen.co.za

Returns

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the date that you purchased it to return it to CQ LINEN for an exchange, provided that it is unused, unwashed nor ironed in its original packaging and in a resalable condition.  Simply enclose the original invoice and return your order in person or via courier to Classique Quilters, address: 40 Karim Lane, Rossburgh, Durban, 4094.

The customer is liable for all delivery/exchange fees for items incorrectly ordered (incorrect size, style or colour) or if the customer no longer requires the purchased items. CQlinen is liable for delivery/exchange fees for items incorrectly delivered, or items with manufacturing faults.

If the product/s have been misused in any manner by you the customer, this is not seen as a manufacturing fault. Failing to adhere to the product/s washing care instructions is a form of misuse.  Should the customer require CQ LINEN to organise collection and delivery of the item/s to be returned, we are able to facilitate this. All items returned will be inspected prior to any refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

We ask that you would email us at info@cqlinen.co.za in advance before returning any items. Unfortunately original shipping charges are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping is not covered unless there is a manufacturing defect or if incorrect items have been delivered as detailed above.
